Women's Ministry exists at GoodNaz to provide opportunities for women to grow closer to God and to each other. We do this through weekly Bible studies, connect groups, prayer and monthly opportunities to meet each other and/or serve others. If you are a woman over the age of 18 and you're looking to form close relationships with other women at GoodNaz where you'll be loved and prayed for, the Wednesday night group at 6:30pm is an excellent place to begin.
Bible Studies/Connect Groups
The "women only" bible study on Wednesday evenings at 6:30pm began a new Bible study on May 28th - John MacArthur's 12 Extraordinary Women. If you're interested in learning about how God used women in the Bible and how he wants to use you, please join us in Room 207 at 6:30pm on Wednesday evenings. Children's programming is provided on Wednesday nights.

| Friday, September 26th at 6:30pm | SpeedFriending |
| This will be our 3rd SpeedFriending event and if you came to one of the first 2 and were disappointed because you didn't get the chance to talk to EVERYONE, you'll be pleasantly surprised because this time it's on a Friday, so we'll stay until everyone has had a chance to chat with everyone else - or gets too tired and leaves! If you weren't at one of the first 2, here's some information about the event: So WHAT is SpeedFriending??? SpeedFriending is a fun FREE opportunity to get to know other women - especially for those of us that HATE going into situations where we don't know anyone very well. The evening will kick off at 6:30 with light snacks and "mingling". About 15 minutes later we'll take our seats at the tables, with an even number of ladies on both sides of the table. When the bell starts, we'll start talking to the lady directly across from us, but only for 5 minutes! When the bell rings again, we'll stand up and rotate 1 spot to the left and talk to that lady for 5 minutes. This will continue until 8:00, or until each lady has had a chance to "SpeedFriend" with every other lady. SO WHAT DO WE TALK ABOUT? Anything that you want to talk about! But, if you're having trouble coming up with stuff to talk about we'll have "conversation cards" on the table. Just pick one up and ask your partner the question. You can do this for the entire 5 minutes, or one of the cards might lead you off on a tangent to discuss. At the end of he night you'll have met lots of great women from the church. Chocolate Festival |
| This "delicious" event will provide you with the opportunity to sample all types of chocolate confections from local vendors, chocolate cake, chocolate candies, chocolate candies, chocolate locations, chocolate, chocolate, chocolate! All of this fun while raising money for a local charity. | We'll meet at the church at 6:30pm and ride together to area homes, eating part of a meal at each home. This is always a fun night of good food and great fellowship. | |
